We are now looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist for a long-term consulting assignment with a larger international organization. You will be part of a smaller, agile HR team and report to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits.
The assignment is located in Gothenburg with the possibility of hybrid work (approximately 50% remote). Here you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally in a role where you truly make a difference.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will act as a strategic partner to HR and the business on matters related to Compensation & Benefits. You will work both locally and globally.
Examples of responsibilities:• Drive initiatives related to pay transparency and salary mapping• Develop and manage job architecture and job evaluations• Provide expert support in Compensation & Benefits• Participate in and drive local and global C&B projects• Support daily operational activities such as:– Salary reviews– Bonus programs– Benefits and company cars
QualificationsMust-haves• Academic degree in HR, economics, business administration, or equivalent• At least 3 years of documented experience in Compensation & Benefits• Very good knowledge in:– Salary structures– Benefit systems– Job evaluations• Experience with HR systems (HRIS), preferably Workday• Advanced Excel skills• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious• Experience in international organizations• Familiarity with working on global projects• Strong analytical skills
Personal qualities• Independent and structured• High integrity and accustomed to handling confidential information• Solution-oriented and flexible• Thrives in both strategic and operational roles
Conditions• Consulting assignment• You will be employed by us and leased to the client• Start: February 2026• End: December 2026• Scope: Full-time• Location: Gothenburg, hybrid
